Refund policy

At afzaai, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation:

  1. To cancel an order, customers must contact us at @afzaai.in or +91 93108 13634
  2. Cancellations after making payment may incur a fee.
  3. Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation after production begins.
  4. To cancel, contact us at least within 24 hours of placing the order.
  5. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days, subject to the deduction of a cancellation fee.
  6. Exceptions are considered for unforeseen emergencies.

Cancellation Fee Structure:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: 5% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours of payment: 15% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation after the products are ready for dispatch: 30% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation after dispatch or refusal at the time of delivery: 40% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • Customised Orders:
    • Refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of placing a customized order will be decided by the team.
    • In some cases, refunds may not be applicable at all, depending on the level of customisation and production stage.

Missing Item Policy:

We take great care in packing your orders, but in the rare event that an item is missing, must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package at our Instagram handle @afzaai.in or WhatsApp at +91 93108 13634. Claims made after this period will not be entertained. Please provide the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. List of missing items.
  3. Clear, high-quality uncut video of you unpacking the order items.

Upon successful verification, we will promptly send the missing items to you at no extra cost.

Refunds:

We do not entertain any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the products at our Instagram handle @afzaai.in or WhatsApp at +91 93108 13634, provide the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of the damage.
  3. Clear, high-quality uncut video of you unpacking the order items, clearly showing the damage.

Any claims reported after this period will not be entertained.

Process for Returns or Refunds:

  1. Contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving your order to report the damage.
  2. Provide the required information as mentioned above, including the video of the damaged items being unpacked.
  3. Our customer service team will assess your claim and provide further instructions on returning the damaged item.
  4. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Conditions for Returns or Refunds:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving approval for the return, with the shared instructions by our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the damage is determined to be caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO):

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us. In such cases, RTO and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
