Processing Time:

  • Our team works diligently to process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • DO NOT SEND fresh flowers for preservation; otherwise, expect a slight delay. Not sure? Send us a picture. We are here to help.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • International orders may take 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and text message containing your tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to PAN India.
  • Some items may be subject to import restrictions or regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with local customs laws and regulations (when sending flowers).

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, freight delays, or carrier issues.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the courier team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. But we are here to help.

Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy:

  • Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • If the package is returned to us (RTO) due to customer-related reasons such as an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for all associated RTO and re-shipping charges. The order will be re-dispatched only after these charges are paid.
  • Please ensure accurate shipping details and availability to avoid such charges.
