1. Is there an age restriction for the event?
   Not really! Anyone above 15 years or accompanied by an adult, can join in. Whether you’re a teen, adult, or parent — it’s a great experience for everyone.
2. Is there parking available?
   Yes, available right in front of the AIPL Joy Central Shopping Mall and even in the basement.
3. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
   No, the ticket sales are final and the amount won't be refunded.
4. What is the dress code for the event?Anything casual works perfectly. Dress as you like and come as you are :)
5. Is this workshop for beginners?
   This workshop is completely beginner-friendly. Our creative expert will guide you through every step of making your flower — no prior experience needed. Some business tips will be shared too. We promise you’ll leave with new learnings, laughs, and some very pretty flowers!
6. What materials will I receive and what will be taught?
   By the end of the session you will master the skill of making a lamp using pipe cleaners. You’ll get a complete DIY kit including: Pipe cleaners, Sticks, Tape, Glue gun, Scissors, and our experts to guide you through the process. Oh, and yes — we’ve got some fun game rounds too. Winners take home exciting goodies!
7. Can I come alone?
   Absolutely! Many participants come solo — it’s a great way to meet new people and make friends over crafts and coffee. You’ll have just as much fun (and maybe even more).
8. What if I’ve never crafted before?
   Even better! This event is about enjoying the process, not perfection. We’ll walk you through everything step by step — just relax, sip, and DIY
9. Will there be refreshments?
   Yes, mocktails and snacks are on the house and unlimited good vibes.

• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Each Participant will get one DIY kit selected prior to the event.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
